We understand the sentimental value of personalized items and strive to handle all donations with care and respect. If donating, we ask that you ensure any personalization aligns with our guidelines.

Yes! All donated items will be washed and sanitized before delivery.

Yes! For each item donated, you will receive points depending on the item. After you receive a certain number of points, you can receive special discount offers and, eventually, a free item. The point system is as follows:

Hoodie/Crewneck: 50 points
T-Shirt: 20 points
Dress: 60 points
Jacket/Coat: 80 points
Shoes: 70 points
Accessories (e.g., belts, scarves): 10 points
Jewelry (e.g., earrings, bracelets): 10 points
Handbags: 50 points

100 Points = 10% Off Next Purchase
200 Points = 20% Off Next Purchase
300 Points = 30% Off Next Purchase
500 Points = Free Item (up to $20 value)

Yes! You are able to give donations of any kind on our “Donations” tab.

No! We will sell any paraphernalia with appropriate trademarking (i.e. apparel, jewelry, shoes, miscellaneous items, etc.)
