  • We accept personalized paraphernalia ONLY line numbers and chapter information as they do not identify details specific to an individual sister. We understand the sentimental value of personalized items and strive to handle all donations with care and respect. If donating, we ask that you ensure any personalization aligns with our guidelines.

    • No personally identifiable items

    • No items that do not have the proper trademark

    • No damaged items (i.e. stains, holes, rips, faulty zipper, etc.)

  • Yes! All donated items will be washed and sanitized before delivery.

  • Yes! For each item donated, you will receive points depending on the item. After you receive a certain number of points, you can receive special discount offers and, eventually, a free item. The point system is as follows:

    Item Type Points Per Item

    Hoodie/Crewneck: 50 points

    T-Shirt: 20 points

    Dress: 60 points

    Jacket/Coat: 80 points

    Shoes: 70 points

    Accessories (e.g., belts, scarves): 10 points

    Jewelry (e.g., earrings, bracelets): 10 points

    Handbags: 50 points

    Discounts

    • 100 Points = 10% Off Next Purchase

    • 200 Points = 20% Off Next Purchase

    • 300 Points = 30% Off Next Purchase

    • 500 Points = Free Item (up to $20 value)

  • Yes! You are able to give donations of any kind on our “Donations” tab.

  • We are currently taking donations for all Divine 9 Organizations. Please look out for more information on when those items will be for sale!

  • No! We will sell any paraphernalia with appropriate trademarking (i.e. apparel, jewelry, shoes, miscellaneous items, etc.)

Return Policy

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and free of damage) to be eligible for return.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14–30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must contact us via email to initiate a return and include proof of purchase.
